1. Returned items must be in new condition.

Fansshirt.com will not accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. We will gladly provide a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied.

2. The original packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase.

Please pack the item inside original shipping box. Returns without the original packing, or missing accessories will not be accepted.

3. You must have a return authorization number for ALL returns and exchanges.

Contact Customer Service via email [email protected] during our normal business hours (Monday – Friday: 8am – 3pm PST and Saturday: 8am – 1pm PST) for a return authorization code, and to receive a FREE return label (if your item(s) is eligible for free return). Return authorization codes can not be provided by email.

4. Defective products will be accepted for exchange only.

Call Customer Service for a defective item return authorization code. Fansshirt.com will only exchange defective products within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, the damage will be considered normal wear and tear.
