PayPal FAQs

Q: How do I pay with PayPal?
A: Whatcha do is, at checkout, select PayPal as your payment option. This will take you off of Fansshirt.com, but returning is a piece of cake once you’ve completed the PayPal process.

Q: Can I split the payment for my order between PayPal and another form of payment?
A: Sorry, no. If you’re using PayPal, you won’t be able to use any other form of payment on that order.

Q: How do I return or exchange something if I’ve paid with PayPal?
A: You can easily use our self-serve return process. Here’s what you need to know:

• Return your item(s) by filling out the fields in the return form that’s printed on the back of your order invoice.

• Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed return form. Do not tear off the bottom of the invoice. We need the entire form to identify the order.

• You’re responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. Fansshirt is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

• You will not be reimbursed for your return or original postage.

• You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item. Allow 2-4 weeks for processing and 1 to 7 business days to receive your credit.

• For exchanges, please contact Fansshirt.com Customer Service by email.

• Sorry, our stores are unable to process returns or exchanges for orders paid thru PayPal.

Q: If I’m using PayPal, can I still have my order shipped to a different address than my billing address?
A: You can ship it to a different address, but the billing address on your PayPal account must match the billing address on your Fansshirt.com order. Don’t forget, if you choose to use PayPal Express, your billing address will be imported automatically.

Q: Why isn’t my PayPal payment going through?
A: Check to see that the billing addresses for your Fansshirt.com order and your PayPal account match. If they do, check the rest of your PayPal account info for errors, including your current balance!

Q: Do I need a Fansshirt.com account to use PayPal?
A: No, you can use PayPal as a payment option without having an account. The thing is… having an account is so much cooler. It lets you store your billing address, multiple shipping addresses, join our mailing list, check your order status and create a wish list that you can share with anyone! It allows us to contact you if there’s a problem with your order too. It’s quick and easy. Just click here to create your account.

Please note: The billing addresses on your Fansshirt.com and PayPal accounts must match in order for your order to be processed.

Q: Can I use PayPal at my local Fansshirt store?
A: Sorry, no. PayPal is only available for Fansshirt.com purchases.

Q: If I’ve paid for a Fansshirt.com purchase with PayPal and need to return the item, can I get a refund at my local Fansshirt store.
A: No. If you’ve used PayPal to pay for your purchase on Fansshirt.com, you can’t return or exchange that item at a Fansshirt store. To return or exchange something paid for with PayPal, contact Fansshirt Customer Service.

Q: Can I pay with PayPal over the phone?
A: Sorry. We love it when you call, but we won’t be able to place PayPal orders over the phone.

Q: Can I add items to my PayPal order once I’ve submitted it?
A: Darn. Sorry again. Once you submit that PayPal order, it’s set in stone. You can always place another order though!

United States and Puerto Rico Shipping FAQs
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Nope.
Q: Will I be charged shipping if I only purchase a gift card?
A: Nope! But please note that all gift card orders are shipped via Standard shipping. If you want your gift cards sent with faster shipping, we will have to charge you a shipping fee.
Q: I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?
A: A: All orders are processed Monday through Friday but are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Don’t forget to allow 1-3 business days for order processing, too! If you still think your order is missing in action, please contact us by email.

Q: Why doesn’t the FedEx or USPS web site recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?
A: Your tracking number won’t be recognized until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. This is the time needed for their online tracking system to update. Try tracking your package again the following day and follow it to your front door!

Q: How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?
A: All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.
International Shipping

International shipping typically arrives in 15-35 business days.

Processing time does not allow for any issues that may occur during payment authorization.

Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees.

All International orders ship via Indonesian Post (USPS/RLN/EMS).

Q: Do you ship orders overseas?
A: Yes, we ship orders all over the world. All order communication will occur via email, so it’s very important that your email address is current. Please make sure to double-check the shipping address, too. Your phone number is optional, but it helps in case there is a delivery problem.
Q: Why does International shipping cost more?
A: International shipping costs more because your package is tracked and insured. Although Fansshirt.com does not charge a handling fee, there is an increased cost when tracking and insuring packages beyond our borders.
Q: How much will I pay for International shipping?
A: Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. After the “Shipping Address” page, you’ll see price for your order.*

Q: Can you designate my order as a gift so I don’t need to pay custom fees?
A: We’re sorry, but we are not able to designate any packages as gifts.
Q: What are my International shipping options?
A: Indonesian Post and The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the preferred shipping method for Fansshirt. Please note that we do not offer Overnight or Second Day deliveries for international orders at this time.
Q: I am currently stationed overseas on a U.S. military base. Can I still order from Fansshirt.com?
A: Yes, you certainly can. All orders being delivered to a U.S. military address overseas will be shipped via Indonesian Post. Please select AA or AE from the state drop down menu that corresponds to your U.S. military zip code.
Q: I live in the USA, but I’d like to ship something to a friend or family member overseas. Can I do that?
A: Yes, you can. Make sure to modify the “Shipping Address” before clicking “Submit.”
Q: How long will it take my International package to arrive?
A: International orders typically arrive within 15-35 business days. Customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.
Q: Are there any other charges, taxes or duties?
A: You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you. Fansshirt has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Each country has their own Customs regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Fansshirt, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Each order will be accompanied by a Customs form that will document what is in the package and provide a dollar amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). You should contact your local Customs office for further information.

Q: Do I have to become a member to place an order?
A: You don’t need to be a member to place an order, but it would be a good idea! It allows us to contact you if there is a problem with your order, and it allows you to view your order status online. Best of all, becoming a member is free, easy and quick. Just click here to create your account.

Q: Why should I become a member? What’s in it for me?
A: Okay, check this out. Q: Can I order by telephone?
A: No, you can’t. If you have a technical problem placing your order online, please contact us by email.

Q: Is your site secure?
A: Yes, all private credit card information is encrypted across a secure line. You can learn about what encryption we use by clicking here or on the Verisign logo, located in your Shopping Cart.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal payment method.

Sorry, we don’t accept personal checks, mall gift certificates, COD or cash.

Q: Can I change my order after I have totaled my sale?
A: Yes, you can hit the “Shopping Cart” link and add or delete items before you finalize your sale. Just make sure you only click the “Submit” button once! This will avoid any duplicate charges.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your card is only authorized when you place an order. We don’t charge your credit card until the order has shipped and is on its way to you.

Q: Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?
A: Yes, sales tax is calculated according to the state and county tax laws in which the order is being shipped. The tax calculation shown online is only a quote. There are situations where this quote will differ from the total charged. Once your order is finalized, the sales tax will be re-calculated based on city, state, county and district tax rates. Fear not! The difference between the two is usually no more than a few cents.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Before your order ships, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.

Orders using Indonesian Post take 1-3 business days to process and, once shipped, will arrive in 21+ business days. These orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

Fansshirt may need to contact you if there is an issue with your order, so please keep your member information updated! All order communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current.

Keep in mind, if you request that no signature be required for delivery and the package is left unattended, you’re accepting full responsibility for loss or damage. For security purposes, a request for signature cannot be removed for packages being delivered to select areas. Bottom line… we just want you to get your stuff!

Q: What happens if a product is cancelled on my order?
A: The bad news is if an item is cancelled from your order, it means the item is sold out. The good news is that you are only billed for merchandise that has shipped! We can try to find out if an item is still available; just click here and choose “Product Questions” from the menu. Include the item name, description, and SKU number if you have it. We’ll find out if and when it’s coming back in. Since we don’t backorder items, keep checking the site often, especially since we add new items almost every day!

Q: How do I know if my order went through?
A: There is an easy way to verify that your order went through. If you received an order number that starts with a X (web orders) or a P (phone orders), you’re all set! Your order is being processed. If you did not receive either of these, your order will not be processed, so please call customer service for further assistance. Make sure to only click the “Submit” button once to avoid duplicate orders or charges.

Q: Can I change my order after I’ve clicked “Submit?”
A: To make changes to your order after you’ve already clicked “Submit,” please contact us by email. As long as the order hasn’t gotten too far along in processing, we should be able to modify it for you. Hurry!

Q: Can I backorder an item that is currently unavailable?
A: Due to the rate at which items sell out and are replaced by new merchandise, we do not place backorders for items. The good news is we can try to find out if something is still available. Just click here and choose “Product Questions” from the menu. Include the item name, description and SKU number, if you have it. We’ll find out if and when it’s coming back in!

Q: Why haven’t I received an email regarding my order?
A: There are usually two reasons why you are not receiving email notifications. You may have an outdated email address on file, or you may have a spam blocker filtering out email from our system. Make sure to keep your user information current by updating your email address. Also, try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you.

Q: Why does the word “NONE” appear on my order confirmation email?
A: The word “NONE” does not mean an item is out of stock or that you are not going to receive an item. Our system looks at different variables, such as size, quantity and color, to determine exactly what item to ship. If the word “NONE” appears on your order confirmation email, it simply means our system does not need any further information to process a request for that item.

Q: What happened to my username? How do I log in to my Fansshirt.com account?
A: It’s hard enough to remember both a username and password, don’t ya think? So we’re making it easy on you. To log in, simply enter your email address and password. No username required! Cool, huh?

Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: If you’ve forgotten your password, click to the Membership area. You’ll be able to enter your E-mail address and receive a password reminder. If you’ve forgotten your username or still cannot remember your password, click here and enter your registered E-mail address into the “Forget Username Or Password?” form field. We will send you an E-mail with your username and password.

Q: Does Fansshirt.com have a printed catalog?
A: Sorry, we do not have a catalog. Our merchandise changes too rapidly for a printed catalog to stay current. Since we add new items daily, visit Fansshirt.com frequently!

Q: I’m looking for a specific item, but I don’t see it online. Can I still get it?
A: The bad news is that if an item isn’t pictured online, it is not available at this time. The good news is we may be able to find out if it’s coming in. Just click here and choose “Product Questions” from the menu. Include the item name, description and SKU number, if you have it. We’ll find out if and when it’s coming back in!

Q: What if I am looking for a certain item that is not offered on Fansshirt.com?

Q: Does the web site sell the same merchandise that the stores do?
A: Due to space constraints, not every item online is available for purchase in our stores. The good news is that Fansshirt.com frequently offers “Internet Only” items. These are items you can only find on Fansshirt.com, not in our stores. Watch for the “Internet Only” icon as you shop!

Q: Are the web site prices listed in US dollars?
A: Yes, all online prices are listed in US dollars. The web site does not convert the currency to the country it is being shipped to.

Q: How do you determine your prices?
A: Our buying team works very hard to bring you the most unique, music-influenced product. Many of the items are hard to find and even harder to make. Small companies and entrepreneurs make most of these items and have to charge us more because their product is not mass-produced. Quality of fabric, craftsmanship, and detail are just some of the factors taken into consideration when determining the price of an item.

Q: Why are plus sizes more expensive?
A: Manufacturing these styles is a bit more expensive, so you’ll notice a slightly higher price when compared to regular sized items. Fear not! The quality and selection will make up for it!

Q: What’s your exchange/return policy?

A: We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if there’s an issue or you’re not 100% satisfied, by mail using the self-serve return form attached to your order invoice.

Please save the invoice you received with your package. It’s your receipt in case you need to exchange/return your item(s)!
All clearance items purchased on Fansshirt.com are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn.
